Economy metal buildings are now available with 4 different trim and roof colors besides the standard stone: Burnished slate, Red, Green, and Charcoal. There is no additional charge for this option.

The Economy buildings have Pressure Treated ground contact 4x6 notched runners.

Pressure treated 2x4 floor joists on 16" centers.

The deck is made from 3/4" pressure treated plywood.

All pressure treated wood is a 40 year product.

The framing is constructed from regular grade 2x4 building material.

All trusses and wall studs are on 36" spacing with premium 20 year metal screwed on the outside using 1-1/2" wood binder metal screws.
The end gables have 3/4" rib closures.

The doors are made from 2x4 material with 20 year metal on the outside.

8" wide buildings come with 1 4' door.

10' and 12' wide buildings have double 3' doors with a 6' opening.

Standard 3 hinges per door.

1 locking handle door knob.

2 barrel bolt locks on the inside.
